Joe & Alisha Martin have been married 28 years and have 3 beautiful daughters, 6 grandchildren and live on a farm in Northwest Arkansas that they truly love and enjoy.

Joe brings 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction and steel fabrication industry. Over the years, Joe ascended through the ranks, taking on roles such as crew member, welder, foreman and steel superintendent to licensed contractor and manager. His leadership has driven the successful completion of large-scale projects, consistently delivering quality and excellence under tight deadlines. Known for his hands-on approach and innovative problem-solving skills, Joe has cultivated a reputation for reliability and expertise, making him a key asset in any high-stakes environment. Today, he continues to lead with passion, mentoring the next generation of professionals in the industry.
